Body exfoliation

Procedure used to remove dead cells from the skin and prepare the skin to receive the active ingredients contained in the products used (sea salts, mud, clay, seaweed or granular creams used for this treatment).

Mud wrap

A thin layer of warm mud is applied to the whole body which will then be wrapped in plastic et covered with a warm blanket. This treatment relieves pain caused by arthritis, arthrosis and muscular pain.

Seaweed wrap

A thin warm seaweed paste (usually combined with essential oils) is applied to the whole body which is then wrapped in plastic and covered with a warm blanket. The technique provides relaxation, nourishes the skin with minerals and energizes. It also eliminates toxins and relieves muscular and joint pains. Knowned to reduce cellulitis.

Steam bath

A steam bath consists of sitting in an enclosed room in which essential oil is often diffused with the steam. The moist steam will be absorbed by the skin and will open the pores. Designed to clear the airway, moisturize the skin, relax or invigorate.
